Section 8
Privacy Policy
Smart Investigation Core (“SIC”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information handled through SIC. This Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it and the choices available to you when using our accounts, research tools, alerts and trading services.
1Account and Service Information
We collect your email and information needed to create, authenticate and support your account. We also handle preferences you save, such as dashboard settings, selected networks, watchlists and alert rules.
If you enable trading, we handle account-linked wallet addresses, instructions, transaction details, balances and related records needed to operate the trading service. If you link Telegram or another supported service, we receive the identifiers and connection information needed for that integration.
We may receive technical information such as device or browser details, IP addresses, timestamps and service logs for operation, troubleshooting and security. Personal information can include data linked to an account or identifiable person, even where the underlying wallet activity is publicly available.
2Research Questions and Stored Blockchain Data
Your research inputs may include questions, contract addresses, wallet addresses, tickers, ENS names and descriptions. SIC uses these inputs to retrieve information and generate analysis. We may retain relevant questions, research results and blockchain data to improve responses and avoid repeating unchanged lookups.
Stored blockchain research can be reused when another user investigates the same token or wallet. This does not make your private account details, support messages or account-linked trading records available to that user. Previously stored results describe the information available when collected; activity and market conditions may subsequently change.
SIC also obtains public blockchain, market and social information from supported sources. Wallet labels, clusters and activity assessments may be generated from that information. Public availability does not automatically make information anonymous.
3Suggestions and Support Feedback
When the suggestion tool is available, you may submit a suggestion about a question SIC should answer, a research difficulty or a capability you would like added. These suggestions are separate from reporting a technical problem or flagging an AI answer.
When you submit a suggestion or report, we store its content and any associated account or contact details needed to review it. Authorized support and product staff may use it to investigate concerns, identify common needs and plan improvements. Submission does not guarantee that a requested feature will be developed or released by a particular date.
Please avoid including unnecessary personal information, passwords, private keys or information about another person that you are not entitled to share.
4How We Use Information
We use information to provide requested research and trading services, maintain accounts and preferences, deliver selected alerts, respond to support requests, improve SIC and protect against misuse. Your email is used for sign-in, recovery, security and service notices, and email alerts you enable. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
For service improvement, we review recurring research needs, suggestions and relevant usage information. We limit the personal information used to what is necessary for that purpose.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing our contracted services, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving SIC subject to your rights, or consent for uses that require it. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or remove records that must be retained on another lawful basis.
5Trading and Wallet Information
Email registration alone does not create a trading wallet. A wallet is generated after you separately enable trading. SIC uses a custodial trading model with supporting wallet infrastructure, which requires processing account-linked wallet and transaction information.
Wallet infrastructure and transaction providers receive the information needed for their role. Deposits, withdrawals, swaps and bridge transactions may create public blockchain records. A wallet address or transaction reference may allow others to examine related on-chain activity.
6Service Providers and Other Disclosures
Providers supporting hosting, authentication, AI processing, blockchain data, wallet infrastructure, email delivery and selected integrations may receive information needed to perform those functions. A research request may be sent to an AI or data provider to generate the requested answer. External platforms may also process information under their own privacy notices.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. If SIC is reorganized or transferred to another operator, relevant information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
7Alerts Social Connections and Public Callouts
You choose available alert destinations, including in-app notifications, email and supported webhooks. Sending an alert to an external destination shares its selected contents with that service or recipient. Connecting Telegram is optional and is not required for trading.
An automatic callout prompt after a purchase does not itself publish a post. If you choose to publish, your linked username, selected trade details and verification information may appear in your chosen communities and the Conviction Call-out feed. These references may connect your social identity with wallet activity.
Recipients may retain or redistribute posts. Disconnecting an integration prevents future use of that connection but may not erase information already delivered, published or recorded on a blockchain.
8Cookies and Browser Storage
Cookies or similar browser storage may support sign-in sessions, security and saved preferences. Browser controls can restrict storage, although this may affect account access or saved settings.
9Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only while needed for its stated purpose. Retention depends on account status, pending transactions or support cases, security, recordkeeping duties and backup cycles. Research questions and feedback are kept while needed for service improvement or resolving a request.
You may request account closure or deletion. We may retain records needed for transactions, legal duties, disputes or security, and will explain applicable limits. Backups may retain information until scheduled removal. SIC cannot erase independent blockchain records or guarantee removal of copies held by others.
10Protecting Information
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to private information to authorized people and providers who need it for their role. Use available account-security controls and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will provide security-incident notices where required by applicable law.
11Your Choices and Rights
You can change preferences, disable optional alerts, disconnect integrations and choose whether to publish callouts. Some information is needed for an account or requested transaction; declining it may prevent use of that feature.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information or restriction of processing. You may also withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a relevant privacy authority.
Use the contact details below for requests or to question an account linkage or label relating to you. We may verify your identity and will explain any lawful restriction on your request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.
12International Processing
Information may be processed outside your country where SIC or its providers operate.
13Policy Updates and Contact
We update this Policy when relevant practices change. We give notice of material changes through the service or account email and obtain consent where required. Continued use alone does not replace legally required consent.
